How is pricing determined for a project?
Before we can give an accurate estimate, we need to take a close look at the space—what we’re starting with, where things are located, and what may need to be moved or updated. From there, we can provide an initial idea of the cost.
A large part of the final price is determined by the fixtures, finishes, and materials our customers choose—things like tile, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. These selections can cause pricing to fluctuate, which is why we work closely with our clients to create a budget for each item. This approach allows customers to browse options they love while staying within their overall budget.
Below, we’ve listed the current national average costs for several services as a reference. Keep in mind, these are averages—your project may come in above or below these numbers depending on your space, choices, and project scope.

The short answer is we need to look at the space and know what you want, then we can get to work on an Estimate.
